I have been using Nature's Gate Shampoos and Conditioners for many years. In particular, I have used Henna Shampoo, Henna Conditioner, Jojaba Shampoo, and Tea Tree Conditioner. I have found all of them to perform very well. I like the Henna products very much. They add a reddish tint to my brown hair. However, I alternate with the other products for variety, and to keep the red tint in control.Now there are 2 ounce bottles available for air travel, as well as the 18 ounce size. These shampoos and conditioners are sold on Amazon and other web sites by a variety of vendors. Prices for the products and for shipping vary in time and with the vendor. I suggest doing a search to find the lowest price.

This natural shampoo uses light-reflective red henna to preferentially reflect dark tones already present in your hair.
I love this shampoo! It smells amazing and makes my hair soft, shiny and manageable. It doesn't do anything amazing for my natural highlights, but I wasn't expecting my hair to magically have bright red highlights or anything. It does bring them out a bit, which is nice. Just a little boost. I think that if your hair is dyed, it will work really well. I will definitely buy this again, and I think it has probably earned itself a permanent place in my hair care routine!

Brings out natural highlights & shine. Adds luxurious body. Gentle, pure & soap-free. Henna is well known for its extraordinary ability to reflect light and reveal hair's natural colors and shine without the damaging effects of artificial coloring agents.
I got both the shampoo and conditioner and my hair has never been so dry I ended up just looting conditioner on my hair trying to get some moisture in it but it was like hay, the reason I gave it two stars and not one is it did make it seem vibrant and my gold red tones really popped ... too bad it was as dry as a horses mane

The Henna Hi-Lights Shampoo is gentle enough for my sensitive skin and processed, fine hair. It does add shine and a little volume to my hair. The highlighting effect is either all in the shine or it's too subtle for me to notice in my natural dark blonde hair. I have not tried the Hi-Lights Conditioner.This shampoo contains no irritating foaming agents so it doesn't lather easily. The directions advise: "Always do a quick light-lathering shampoo first. Rinse and repeat, if desired." Two shampoos were necessary for my longer hair, but I can get by with one shampoo on my newly short hair if it isn't oily. I assume that a repeat shampoo would be required for thick hair. It smells sort of like a spicy cherry hard candy.

This shampoo WAS my favorite. It seems they changed the formula (and bottle) and now I hate it. The fragrance is overwhelming and the ingredients now include something called Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate. That sure sounds a lot like Sodium Lauryl Sulfate to me. Jason's claims to be SLS free, I don't buy it now.

Works good. I like the large container so I don't have to order so often. I purchased a large pump to fit the bottle and it makes it really easy to use in the shower. Would recommend.

I have been using this shampoo (and the matching conditioner) for just a week now and I have noticed drastic changes in my hair.My hair is long (almost waist length), straight and somewhat fine. After using this product my hair has much more volume, movement and shine! My husband even noticed the difference.I think it has some slight coppery highlights to my hair but nothing major.I love this product and will definitely buy again.

Any redhead knows that color can be short-lived (even if born with it) and of all tones fades first. Keeps color reallllly long, good product, just a bit pricey...you need to use many many pumps to thoroughly clean long hair, so the bottle will probably last 8-10 shampoos. That's fine for me since I only wash my hair twice a week.
